• Develop detailed event budgets and ensure adherence.
• Interact with stakeholders to ensure a smooth event experience.
• Provide innovative ideas to enhance event themes and experiences.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to drive event awareness.
• Conduct site inspections and manage logistics on the day of the event.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Prepare marketing materials and presentations for clients.
• Manage staffing requirements and other personnel for events.
• Maintain an organized database of vendors and event materials.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Event Management or related field

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in event management

Languages

• English: Fluent
• Zulu: Basic
