• Implement operational changes based on market trends.
• Oversee staff schedules and manage labor costs.
• Ensure cleanliness and upkeep of the hotel property.
• Plan and execute special events and functions.
• Conduct training sessions for staff to enhance service skills.
• Collaborate with management to set long-term goals for the hotel.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality or Business Management
• Master's in Business Administration is preferred

Experience

• 6+ years in a managerial role within hospitality
