Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Automotive Customer Service Advisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer service, support our automotive customers, and ensure a positive experience.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide information about automotive products and services.
  • Assist customers in resolving technical issues and offer troubleshooting guidance.
  • Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately.
  • Maintain customer records and update relevant databases.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient customer service delivery.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and product knowledge.
  • Meet individual and team targets for customer satisfaction.
  • Provide feedback and suggestions to improve customer service processes.

Requirements

Education
  • Relevant diploma or degree in Automotive Engineering, Customer Service, or a related field.
Experience
  • 2-3 years of experience in customer service, preferably in the automotive industry.
