Job Description

We are seeking a skilled HR Generalist to join our team in Port Elizabeth. In this role, you will manage various HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, and performance management. You will be the point of contact for employees, providing guidance and support on HR policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process from job posting to hiring.
  • Provide support to employees in HR-related questions and concerns.
  • Implement and review HR policies and procedures to ensure they meet compliance standards.
  • Facilitate training and development opportunities for staff.
  • Assist with organizational development initiatives and performance evaluations.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and manage HR documentation.
  • Coordinate employee engagement activities and initiatives.
  • Support the internal communication strategy to enhance employee relations.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Business Administration, or Human Resources
  • HR certifications preferred (e.g., CIPD, SHRM)
Experience
  • 4+ years of experience in Human Resources
