Responsibilities

• Manage candidate pipelines and maintain accurate records in the recruitment database.
• Provide timely communication to both clients and candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Analyze and report on recruitment metrics to improve processes.
• Assist with onboarding and training of new hires.
• Develop a strong employer brand in the marketplace.
• Participate in strategic planning for recruitment needs and forecasting.

Requirements

Education

• Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in a recruitment role

Technical Skills

• Database Management
• Social Media Recruiting

Soft Skills

• Negotiation
• Problem-solving

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Professional membership with recognized HR bodies: Membership in organizations such as SAPA or similar would be beneficial.
