Responsibilities

• Deliver quality nursing care that meets standards of practice.
• Assist in patient education and self-care planning.
• Collaborate on interdisciplinary patient care conferences.
• Perform routine care and address patient needs promptly.
• Monitor nutrition, medication administration, and therapies.
• Complete health assessments and develop nursing diagnoses.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives.
• Use appropriate technologies to ensure efficient care.
• Advocate for patient needs and rights.
• Support and mentor junior nursing staff.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing
• Registered Nurse qualification is essential

Experience

• At least 2 years of nursing experience required
