Job Description

As an E-commerce Manager, you will lead our online sales strategy, manage the e-commerce platform, and drive initiatives that boost online engagement and revenue. The ideal candidate will have a combination of marketing savvy and technical acumen.

Responsibilities

  • Manage budget allocations for e-commerce activities and optimize ROI.
  • Collaborate with content creators to generate engaging product descriptions and blog posts.
  • Oversee inventory management on the e-commerce platform to meet customer demand.
  • Conduct competitor analysis to identify areas for improvement.
  • Lead the customer support team to enhance online service delivery and respond to inquiries promptly.
  • Foster relationships with external vendors and service providers.
  • Evaluate and implement new e-commerce technologies to improve the customer shopping experience.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or Marketing
  • Master's degree in a related field is preferred

  • 5+ years' experience in e-commerce management or digital marketing
