Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and concerns.
  • Ensure clients are effectively onboarded and trained on products.
  • Monitor client health metrics and proactively address potential issues.
  • Foster a customer-centric culture across all departments.
  • Create customer success plans tailored to individual client needs.
  • Assist in developing processes and strategies for measuring customer success.
  • Facilitate customer feedback loops to inform product evolution.
  • Lead initiatives to improve customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Actively participate in customer meetings to drive account strategies.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or similar
  • Relevant certifications are a plus
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in customer success management
