Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Commercial Property Planner to join our Johannesburg team. The successful candidate will be tasked with analyzing and planning commercial properties, ensuring alignment with market trends and company goals.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning meetings with stakeholders to discuss project designs and objectives.
• Generate detailed reports on property evaluations and market conditions.
• Monitor ongoing projects to ensure they remain within budget and on schedule.
• Engage with clients to provide updates and gather feedback on property updates.
• Support the marketing team to promote available commercial properties.
• Ensure adherence to sustainability goals in property management and development.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Urban Planning or Business Management
• Professional Certification in Real Estate Management preferred

Experience

• 5+ years in commercial property planning or management

• Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM)
