We are seeking a dedicated Recruitment Consultant to join our Port Elizabeth team. You will be responsible for sourcing, interviewing, and placing candidates across a range of industries. Your expertise will help to match clients with the best talent, ensuring satisfaction on both sides.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  • Manage the entire recruitment process from job posting to onboarding.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve recruitment targets.
  • Utilize various sourcing tools and platforms for maximum candidate reach.
  • Provide training and support to new team members.
  • Analyze recruitment data to improve processes and drive success.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology or Sociology is preferred
Experience
  • Experience with various recruitment software tools
