Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or related field
• Master's degree is preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in training and development or related field

Technical Skills

• Instructional Design

Certifications

• Certified Professional in Learning and Performance (CPLP)

Languages

• English: Fluent
• Afrikaans: Conversational
