Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality direct patient care, maintaining strict safety protocols.

• Educate patients about medications and preventive care strategies.
• Provide emotional support and guidance to patients and families.
• Monitor and manage treatment plans for chronic illnesses.
• Assist in managing patient flow and optimizing resources.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients.
• Participate in professional development and nursing research initiatives.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing is preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in a hospital or clinical setting

• Medication Administration

Certifications

• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Certification in Palliative Care: Specialized certification will be preferred.
