Responsibilities

• Conduct initial consultations and ongoing health assessments.
• Formulate effective treatment strategies in collaboration with patients.
• Administer prescribed treatments and monitor for efficacy.
• Promote preventative health measures and educate patients.
• Engage in case management and liaise with other health professionals.
• Record accurate patient data and progress notes.
• Support healthcare initiatives aimed at community well-being.
• Facilitate workshops and training for new healthcare technologies.
• Participate in healthcare audits and reviews for quality assurance.
• Champion a culture of safety and respect within the workplace.

Requirements

Education

• Master’s degree in Nursing

Experience

• 2+ years in an advanced practice nursing role
