Job Description

We are searching for a Mechanical Engineer to join our growing team in Pretoria. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in mechanical design, thermodynamics, and fluid mechanics. You'll be involved in designing, developing, and testing mechanical systems and components, making a tangible impact on our projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage the design process from concept to completion.
• Work closely with suppliers and manufacturers to ensure product quality.
• Utilize CAD software to create detailed drawings and specifications.
• Evaluate project performance and suggest improvements.
• Engage in continuous learning to keep abreast of new technologies.
• Participate in design reviews and peer evaluations.
• Support the testing and inspection processes of mechanical systems.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or similar

Experience

• 4 years of experience in mechanical engineering roles

• AutoCAD
• Project Management

Certifications

• Lean Manufacturing Certification
• Certified Engineering Technician (CET)

Languages

• English: Fluent
