• Mentor junior engineers and interns in best practices.
• Analyze and improve operational performance of mechanical systems.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering
• Master's degree is advantageous

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in mechanical design and project management.

Technical Skills

• AutoCAD
• MATLAB

Certifications

• Six Sigma Green Belt Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Proficiency in 3D modeling: Expertise in using software like CATIA or Inventor for 3D modeling.
• Experience in renewable energy projects: Background in mechanical projects within the renewable energy sector.
