The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of pedagogical principles and have experience crafting curriculum that meets the diverse needs of learners.

Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive lesson plans and instructional materials.
• Engage in curriculum mapping to ensure cohesive education pathways.
• Work with educational technology to enhance curriculum delivery.
• Monitor student performance and make data-driven curriculum adjustments.
• Foster a collaborative environment among staff for curriculum development.
• Research educational resources and textbooks for integration.
• Participate in curriculum review committees to propose updates.
• Implement assessment strategies to measure curriculum effectiveness.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Curriculum Development or a related field
• Master's degree in Education is preferred

Experience

• 3-5 years of related experience in curriculum design
