Bookkeeper

Job Description

We are seeking a Bookkeeper to join our finance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing financial records, processing invoices, and reconciling accounts. You will be part of a dynamic team committed to accuracy and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Maintain complete and accurate financial records in accounting software.
• Prepare and manage the end-of-month financial closing process.
• Ensure accurate invoicing and timely payments.
• Perform monthly budget reviews and variance analysis.
• Handle financial data entry and transaction classifications.
• Perform compliance checks against financial regulations.
• Prepare cash flow forecasts and financial projections.
• Assist in creation of financial presentations for management.
• Train and support junior bookkeeping staff as necessary.
• Identify and implement process improvements.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
• CA or other relevant certification is a plus

Experience

• 3-5 years of bookkeeping experience

Technical Skills

• Financial reporting
• Reconciliation processes

Certifications

• Bookkeeping Certification from a recognized institution

Languages

• English: Fluent
