Job Description

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Hospitality Manager to oversee operations at our Durban location. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring an exceptional guest experience while managing staff and maximizing profitability.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and inspire hotel staff to provide exceptional service.
  • Implement marketing strategies to boost hotel occupancy rates.
  • Conduct regular inspections of the hotel to ensure standards are upheld.
  • Develop training programs for staff to enhance guest interactions.
  • Handle guest inquiries and complaints with professionalism and care.
  • Review and analyze financial reports to identify improvement areas.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop promotional packages.
  • Manage inventory and ordering of supplies for the hotel.
  • Create staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage during peak times.
  • Establish a culture of continuous improvement within the team.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's in Hospitality Management or related field
  • Master's degree is an advantage
Experience
  • Minimum 5 years in hospitality management or related fields
