Job Description

Join our vibrant team as a Diversity and Inclusion Officer in Durban. You will play a key role in promoting a culture of respect and inclusion within the workplace. Your responsibilities will include conducting training, fostering community engagement, and collaborating with various departments to enhance our diversity initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement diversity and inclusion programs across the organization.
  • Conduct training sessions and workshops on diversity awareness.
  • Monitor and report on diversity metrics to senior management.
  • Collaborate with HR to ensure inclusive hiring practices.
  • Serve as a resource for employees regarding diversity-related matters.
  • Facilitate discussions on diversity and inclusion topics.
  • Engage with community organizations to promote our diversity initiatives.
  • Collaborate with leadership to align diversity goals with business objectives.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Sociology, Psychology or related field
Experience
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in diversity and inclusion roles or related fields
