Job Description

We are on the lookout for a proactive HR Generalist who can bridge the gap between management and employees. As an integral part of our HR team, you will handle various HR functions such as recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance. The successful candidate will be instrumental in fostering a positive workplace culture and enhancing employee engagement.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate recruitment efforts and manage candidate evaluation processes.
• Support employee development programs and performance management systems.
• Monitor compliance with employment legislation and company policies.
• Provide guidance on employee relations issues and performance challenges.
• Manage payroll and benefits administration.
• Conduct HR-related trainings and workshops.
• Ensure a positive employee experience through engagement initiatives.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Organizational Psychology

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in HR operations or a similar role
