Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled HR Manager to lead our human resources department in Johannesburg. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies that align with our business goals, enhancing employee relations, and fostering a positive workplace culture.

Responsibilities

  • Drive HR initiatives that align with the company’s mission and values.
  • Handle employee grievances and ensure a fair process.
  • Implement HR policies and ensure they are communicated effectively.
  • Analyze HR trends and provide insight for strategic planning.
  • Organize employee engagement activities and feedback surveys.
  • Act as a mentor to HR staff and provide training as needed.
  • Collaborate with management on workforce planning and succession.
  • Manage payroll and benefits administration.
  • Facilitate onboarding processes for new hires.
  • Engage in community outreach to enhance the company’s presence.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field
  • Master's degree in HR Management is an advantage
