E-commerce Manager

Job Description

We are looking for an E-commerce Manager to strategically oversee our online platform. You will spearhead our marketing campaigns, manage the digital store experience, and collaborate with various teams to enhance our sales strategies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in e-commerce, digital marketing, and data analytics.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of digital marketing initiatives.
• Monitor and report on website performance and key sales metrics.
• Enhance user experience through A/B testing and data analytics.
• Work with IT to troubleshoot website issues and implement improvements.
• Develop partnerships with online platforms and payment providers.
• Train and mentor team members on e-commerce best practices.
• Manage the budget for e-commerce initiatives, ensuring ROI.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
• MBA is highly preferred

Experience

• 5+ years in e-commerce or digital sales management, with strong results
