E-commerce Manager

Job Description

We are on the lookout for an E-commerce Manager to lead our online sales strategy in Johannesburg. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in driving e-commerce growth, optimizing user experience, and managing end-to-end digital marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Create and execute effective online promotions to drive traffic and sales.
• Evaluate and enhance customer service processes for e-commerce transactions.
• Conduct A/B testing on various aspects of the online platform for optimization.
• Coordinate with IT and development teams for website enhancements.
• Enhance customer retention strategies and loyalty programs.
• Ensure compliance with relevant laws and industry standards.
• Stay updated on e-commerce trends and technologies to remain competitive.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
• Master's degree is an advantage

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in e-commerce management or digital marketing
