Responsibilities

• Lead product development and design reviews.
• Conduct root cause analysis for mechanical failures.
• Collaborate with suppliers to ensure material and component quality.
• Assist in the procurement of materials for prototypes and production.
• Mentor junior engineers and interns.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering
• Master's degree is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in a related field

• Autodesk Inventor
• Project Management Software

• Analytical Thinking
• Adaptability

Certifications

• Lean Manufacturing Certification
• Certified Manufacturing Engineer (CMfgE)

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with robotics and automation: Hands-on experience working with robotic systems and automation processes.
• Knowledge of HVAC systems: Familiarity with heating, ventilation, and air conditioning design and implementation.
