As a Tax Consultant at Tax Solutions South Africa, you will play a crucial role in advising clients on their tax obligations, ensuring compliance with South African tax law, and developing strategies to minimize their tax liabilities. This position is ideal for individuals with strong analytical skills and a passion for helping clients optimize their financial health.

Responsibilities

• Analyze clients’ tax liabilities and potential refunds.
• Ensure compliance with the South African Revenue Service (SARS) regulations.
• Prepare necessary documentation for tax claims and refunds.
• Advise on capital gains tax and VAT implications.
• Conduct workshops or seminars on tax education for clients.
• Prepare and file all necessary tax forms.
• Establish and maintain client relationships to enhance service delivery.
• Review previous tax years’ filings for potential corrections.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Taxation, Accounting, or Business
• Master's degree in Taxation preferred

Experience

• 4+ years of experience in tax preparation and consulting

Certifications

• Registered Tax Practitioner (RTP) certification
