Responsibilities

• Develop and implement urban planning policies and strategies.
• Work with diverse teams to create urban development proposals.
• Assess environmental impacts of proposed projects and propose mitigation strategies.
• Facilitate workshops and presentations to communicate plans to the public.
• Conduct feasibility studies and financial assessments for urban projects.
• Prepare planning reports and documentation for regulatory approvals.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Urban Studies or Environmental Science
• Master's degree in Urban Planning or related field is an advantage

Experience

• 4+ years of experience in urban development projects
