• Prepare necessary documentation for closings and transactions.
• Coordinate with mortgage brokers, title companies, and other parties.
• Respond to inquiries from buyers, sellers, and other agents.
• Keep clients informed about changes in the market landscape.
• Engage in continuous professional development to enhance industry knowledge.
• Participate in training sessions and workshops offered by the agency.
• Actively seek out new clients and leads through networking.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field is preferred
• Real Estate License is mandatory

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in property sales
