Responsibilities

  • Manage the entire event planning process, ensuring high-quality execution that meets client expectations.
  • Work closely with multidisciplinary teams to enhance event impact and visibility.
  • Develop and manage event budgets, ensuring all financial aspects align with project goals.
  • Foster relationships with local businesses to create unique event opportunities.
  • Utilize project management tools to track progress and communicate with team members.
  • Conduct market research to identify new trends and apply them to event planning.
  • Create engaging content for event promotion through various channels.
  • Coordinate audiovisual service providers to enhance event experiences.
  • Provide on-site event support and troubleshoot any issues that arise during the event.
  • Compile and analyze post-event reports to inform future strategies.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or Event Planning
  • Additional qualifications in Marketing or Business Administration preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in a similar role
