Responsibilities

  • Supervise the daily operations to ensure smooth running and high standards.
  • Drive guest satisfaction by ensuring prompt and effective service.
  • Budget management and monitoring financial metrics.
  • Cultivate a motivated team environment through training and development.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans for operational improvements.
  • Liaise with other departments to enhance guest experiences.
  • Maintain high operational standards while optimizing costs.
  • Respond to guest feedback and implement changes as necessary.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Hospitality
  • Master's degree in a related field is advantageous

  • 5+ years in hotel or restaurant management
