Job Description

The Roll Press Operator will be responsible for operating roll press equipment and ensuring that production processes run smoothly and efficiently. This role is critical for maintaining production quality and meeting deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Set up roll press machines and ensure proper functionality.
• Adjust machine settings for optimal output quality.
• Inspect finished products to meet quality standards.
• Train and mentor junior operators on machine operations.
• Identify and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions promptly.
• Document production data and maintain logs.
• Assist with process improvements to enhance productivity.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety protocols.

Requirements

Education

• Matric certificate
• Relevant trade certification or diploma preferred

Experience

• At least 2 years of experience in a similar role.

Technical Skills

• Experience with roll press equipment
• Understanding of printing processes

Soft Skills

• Attention to detail
• Team collaboration

Languages

• English: Fluent
