Line Runner

Job Description

As a Line Runner, you will ensure our production line operates efficiently, maintaining adherence to quality and safety standards. Your role includes managing equipment and promptly resolving any issues that arise during production.

Responsibilities

• Run production machinery and handle equipment setup.
• Continuously monitor the production line for quality assurance.
• Perform maintenance checks on machinery as necessary.
• Resolve production line mishaps efficiently.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Communicate effectively with team members regarding issues and improvements.
• Record production and quality metrics.
• Participate in staff training sessions regarding safety and equipment.

Requirements

Education

• Matric certificate or equivalent
• Technical diploma in a relevant field is preferred

Experience

• 1-3 years of experience in manufacturing or production

• Machine Troubleshooting

Advantageous

• Experience operating automated production lines: Hands-on experience with automated systems with minimal supervision.
