We are seeking skilled Floor Sanders and Finishers to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidates will possess experience in installing and finishing various flooring materials, including tiles and hardwood. A focus on quality and client satisfaction is key.

Responsibilities

• Measure areas to determine materials required for installation.
• Work with various tools and equipment including saws, drills, and hammers.
• Conduct quality checks during installation to ensure standards are met.
• Assist in estimating project timelines and material costs.

Requirements

Education

• Matric or equivalent qualification
• Trade Certificate as a Floorer preferred

Experience

• At least 3 years’ experience in flooring installation and repair.

Technical Skills

• Experience with Common Tools
• Flooring Installation

Soft Skills

• Teamwork
• Reliability

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Customer Service Skills: Ability to interact positively with clients.
• Estimating Skills: Experience in calculating material and labour costs for projects.
