Site Supervisor

Job Description

As a Site Supervisor, you will be instrumental in managing the execution of construction projects. You will coordinate with subcontractors, ensure adherence to safety regulations, and provide leadership to the team on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead construction meetings with teams and stakeholders.
• Ensure that all work is performed in compliance with building codes.
• Assist in the preparation of project budgets and schedules.
• Evaluate worker performance and provide feedback for improvement.
• Document any changes to the project and communicate them accordingly.

Requirements

Education

• National Diploma in Building Science
• Bachelor's degree in Construction or Engineering is advantageous

Experience

• 5+ years of on-site construction experience

Certifications

• First Aid Certification
