Job Description

As a Project Manager in Johannesburg, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, implementation, and tracking of projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of project management methodologies and a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget. You will work closely with team members and stakeholders to ensure the successful execution of project goals.

Responsibilities

• Establish project objectives and develop detailed project plans.
• Guide team members in fulfilling their roles and responsibilities.
• Facilitate project kick-off and closing meetings.
• Communicate regularly with clients to ensure satisfaction with services.
• Track project milestones and ensure they meet deadlines.
• Provide training and mentorship to junior project team members.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
• Master's degree is a plus

Experience

• 5-7 years of experience in project management in a technical environment

• Microsoft Office Suite

Certifications

• Certified ScrumMaster (CSM)
