Job Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic E-commerce Manager to lead our online sales initiatives. The successful candidate will oversee all aspects of our e-commerce strategy, driving sales growth and delivering an outstanding customer experience. You will work closely with marketing, IT, and customer service teams to optimise our online platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Direct e-commerce growth initiatives while managing the online store's day-to-day operations.
  • Conduct regular audits of the website and user experience to ensure compliance with best practices.
  • Work with logistics and supply chain to ensure timely product availability.
  • Implement SEO strategies to increase organic traffic.
  • Utilise social media to enhance brand awareness and drive traffic to the e-commerce site.
  • Evaluate and negotiate with third-party service providers for e-commerce support.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
Experience
  • 3-5 years experience in e-commerce management or digital marketing
Technical Skills
  • E-commerce Platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce)
  • SEO Analytics Tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush)
