We are seeking a passionate Youth Worker to join our team in Durban. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to empowering youth and enhancing their quality of life through various outreach programs and support services.

Responsibilities

• Provide mentorship and guidance to at-risk youth.
• Design programs that address specific community needs.
• Facilitate group discussions to promote understanding and support.
• Collaborate with social workers and other service providers.
• Document and report incidents and participant progress.
• Participate in training sessions and workshops for professional development.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Sociology or Education is preferred

Experience

• Experience working in youth outreach programs is an advantage

Languages

• English: Fluent
