Job Description

Join our innovative HR team as an Employee Relations Manager. This role will involve providing strategic insights to enhance employee engagement and retention while resolving workplace issues in a collaborative manner. Candidates should have a strong background in employee relations and a proactive approach.

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement programs to foster an inclusive workplace culture.
  • Lead diversity training sessions for employees and management.
  • Analyze workforce demographics and develop strategies for increasing diversity.
  • Engage with community organizations and partners to support diversity initiatives.
  • Create metrics to measure the impact of diversity efforts.
  • Assist in facilitating diversity and inclusion committee meetings.
  • Develop partnerships with local educational institutions to promote diversity in recruitment.
  • Monitor industry trends and recommend changes to diversity policies.
  • Assist in resolving diversity-related employee issues and concerns.
  • Promote awareness and understanding of different cultures within the workplace.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Development or a related field
  • Master’s degree in Human Resources or related field is preferred
Experience
  • 3+ years of progressive experience in diversity and inclusion initiatives
