Responsibilities

• Conduct medication reviews and assess patient therapeutic needs.
• Provide recommendations for improving patient medication regimens.
• Facilitate collaboration among healthcare teams for comprehensive patient care.
• Ensure precise documentation and reporting of medication errors.
• Lead initiatives that promote safe and effective medicine use.
• Support health promotion activities within the local community.
• Participate in quality assurance programmes within the pharmacy.
• Assist in regulatory audits and comply with legal requirements.
• Interact professionally with patients and provide exceptional customer service.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor of Pharmacy or equivalent
• Specialised training in pharmaceutical care is an advantage

Experience

• Experience in retail or community pharmacy preferred
