Job Description

We are searching for a motivated HR Generalist to join our team in Port Elizabeth. In this role, you will manage HR operations, support recruitment, and ensure compliance with labor laws. The ideal candidate has a strong background in HR practices, excellent communication skills, and a passion for fostering a great workplace environment.

Responsibilities

  • Lead recruitment efforts to attract top talent within the industry.
  • Support management in succession planning and talent management.
  • Organize team-building and employee engagement activities.
  • Monitor and report on HR metrics to assess effectiveness of HR initiatives.
  • Advise management on HR best practices and legal compliance.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Master's degree in Human Resources is preferred
