Responsibilities

• Oversee the recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
• Manage employee relations and conflict resolution initiatives.
• Ensure all HR documentation is maintained and up to date.

• Conduct exit interviews and analyze employee turnover data.
• Provide administrative support for HR functions as needed.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Human Resources

Experience

• 4-6 years of HR experience in a similar role
