Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and dedicated Pharmacist to join our team in Cape Town. In this role, you will be responsible for dispensing medications, counseling patients, and collaborating with healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care. Your expertise will be vital in managing medication therapies and providing education on proper medication use.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with pharmacy laws and regulations.
• Evaluate patients' medication histories and assess their health status.
• Provide recommendations for over-the-counter medications.
• Manage patient queries and offer timely responses.
• Contribute to the pharmacy's continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or related field
• Additional certifications in clinical pharmacy are a plus

Experience

• At least 2 years of experience in a retail pharmacy setting
