This role is key in managing medication therapies and providing health consultations to patients. The ideal candidate will have a comprehensive understanding of pharmacology and a dedication to improving patient health.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate the appropriateness of patients' medication regimens.
• Develop and implement a medication therapy management program.
• Educate patients about lifestyle modifications to improve health outcomes.
• Provide consultations for chronic disease management.
• Participate in clinical trials and pharmaceutical research.
• Stay updated with industry trends and continuing education.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy
• Additional qualifications in health sciences are advantageous

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in a community pharmacy setting
