• Matric certificate or equivalent
• Excellent Communication Ability to express ideas clearly and effectively in a dining environment.
• Problem Solving Ability to resolve conflicts and provide excellent customer service.
• Customer Service Orientation Strong instinct to meet customer needs and enhance their dining experience.
• Teamwork Ability to work well in a team environment.
• English (Fluent)
• Afrikaans (Conversational)
