Job Description

As a Dining Room Host, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere for guests and ensuring a smooth dining experience. You will manage reservations, assist with seating arrangements, and provide exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests warmly and make them feel at home.
• Handle personal requests and special dining arrangements.
• Maintain an organized reservation book and check the dining area for cleanliness.
• Collaborate with the kitchen to ensure food is served correctly.
• Assist with inventory management for dining needs.
• Resolve customer complaints effectively and promptly.
• Perform cash handling duties as needed.
• Stay updated with the menu and specials to inform guests.

Requirements

Education

• Hospitality or culinary degree preferred

Experience

• Previous experience in upscale dining or fine dining settings is advantageous
