Job Description

Join our team as an Event Coordinator, where your creativity will shine in the planning and execution of events. You will work closely with clients to ensure that each event exceeds their expectations while adhering to budget constraints and timelines.

Responsibilities

  • Create and manage detailed project plans for events.
  • Conduct venue inspections and evaluations.
  • Assist in branding and marketing materials for events.
  • Research and stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
  • Assist with event registration and attendee management.
  • Ensure events are executed within budget and on schedule.
  • Gather feedback from participants for future improvements.
  • Foster relationships with new and returning clients.
  • Prepare reports for clients summarizing event performance.
  • Explore new event technologies for potential integration.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Event Management or related field
  • Professional certification in event planning (e.g., CMP) preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in a similar role
