Job Description

As a Technical Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in assisting customers with technical issues and providing effective solutions. You will be responsible for troubleshooting, diagnosing, and resolving customer inquiries related to our products and services.

Responsibilities

  • Identify recurring issues and escalate them to the development team.
  • Participate in training sessions to improve product knowledge.
  • Support the documentation and reporting of software bugs.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field preferred
Experience
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in technical support or helpdesk environment
