Job Description

We are seeking a Help Desk Analyst to join our dynamic support team. You will play a crucial role in resolving technical issues and providing exceptional service to our clients. Ideal candidates will have a strong background in IT support and excellent problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

  • Assist clients with troubleshooting technical issues, both in-person and remotely.
  • Log all support incidents and maintain accurate records of client interactions.
  • Conduct follow-ups with clients to ensure issues are resolved to their satisfaction.
  • Participate in team meetings to discuss ongoing support trends.
  • Foster a positive relationship with clients through effective communication.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field is preferred
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in help desk or technical support role
