Job Description

We are seeking a Quality Assurance Engineer to join our dynamic team in Port Elizabeth. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in testing methodologies and a passion for delivering exceptional software products. As a key member of our QA team, you will ensure that our products meet the highest quality standards through rigorous testing and evaluation.

Responsibilities

  • Create comprehensive test plans and strategies.
  • Monitor and maintain test performance and integrity.
  • Identify areas for process improvement within the QA lifecycle.
  • Coordinate with product owners to ensure testing aligns with business needs.
  • Participate in risk assessment activities related to product development.
  • Train and mentor junior QA team members.
  • Regularly conduct reviews of test processes and methodologies.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field
  • Relevant quality assurance certifications preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in quality assurance or software testing
