Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Construction Manager to oversee projects based in Cape Town. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing construction projects from inception to completion while ensuring adherence to regulations, budget, and timelines. You will coordinate with various stakeholders, including contractors, clients, and government bodies, to drive project success.

Responsibilities

• Lead project teams to deliver high-quality construction projects.
• Review and approve project plans and designs.
• Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders.
• Conduct regular project update meetings and progress reports.
• Implement best practices for sustainable construction.
• Oversee procurement of materials and equipment.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Construction Management or Civil Engineering

• 7+ years of project management experience
