Job Description

As a Construction Manager at Construction Leaders Ltd., you will oversee project management from inception to completion. Your expertise will guide our teams in delivering exceptional results, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget. You'll be responsible for resource management, coordinating subcontractors, and maintaining quality and safety standards.

Responsibilities

  • Drive project execution and ensure adherence to timelines.
  • Negotiate contracts with subcontractors and suppliers.
  • Ensure effective site management and safety compliance.
  • Facilitate communication between all project stakeholders.
  • Conduct project review meetings to track performance.
  • Ensure all necessary permits and licenses are obtained.
  • Foster a collaborative work environment to boost team morale.
  • Implement best practices to improve project efficiency.
  • Oversee quality assurance checks and compliance.
  • Support the Director of Construction in strategic decisions.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture
  • Master's degree is a plus

  • 6+ years of experience in construction projects
