Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented IT Support Technician to join our Johannesburg team. Your primary role will involve providing technical assistance and support related to computer systems, hardware, and software. You will be assisting users with hardware and software issues, maintaining IT inventory, and ensuring optimal system performance.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to staff and consultants in Johannesburg.
• Manage backup and recovery operations for critical systems.
• Ensure compliance with IT security policies and procedures.
• Locate and resolve network connectivity issues.
• Assist in the implementation of IT projects as required.

Requirements

Education

• National Diploma in IT or relevant qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in IT is an advantage

Experience

• 3+ years of hands-on IT support experience
